Hello-
My name is Rikki Longino. I work at the Salt Lake City Public Library and we have a system-wide seed library (8 branches) also farm at the Moonstead, a femme and queer-led herb farm that also houses 1/4 acre seed farm for Grand Prismatic Seed Company. I am a big seed nerd and I love the way that seeds contain stories of resistance and belonging on land across all cultures of the world. My own lineages spur from Western Europe, India, and Russia; a motley assortment of immigrants to the land where I call home and strive to be a good guest and ancestor.
