This is a tri-fold brochure that outlines planting dates for our specific zone (6b). I used Google Sheets to create the chart, coloring the cells for the appropriate dates. I then save it as PDF and combine the two files to make it double sided and printable. It might be a little tedious to modify but doable, or use this idea to create one from scratch!
